Correction of Breast Asymmetry
Surgical correction of breast asymmetry corrects noticeably uneven breasts, restores visual balance, and improves overall body confidence. With Enova Surgery, this surgery is tailored to your individual anatomy and aesthetic goals, helping you feel more comfortable in your clothes – and in your own skin.
With Enova Surgery, breast asymmetry correction may involve reducing one breast, enlarging the smaller one, or a combination of both techniques to create a more symmetrical and harmonious result.
Nipple Correction
Nipple correction is a specialist procedure offered at Enova Surgery to enhance the appearance of the nipples and restore confidence. Whether nipples are inverted, misshapen, asymmetrical, or scarred due to surgery, piercings, or genetics, these concerns can affect both self-esteem and body image.
At Enova Surgery, we offer a personalised range of treatments tailored to your unique anatomy and goals. Depending on your needs, options may include non-surgical approaches like scar management, or surgical techniques to reshape or reconstruct the nipple for a more balanced, natural look.
Areola Correction
Areola correction is a surgical procedure offered at Enova Surgery to reshape or resize the pigmented area surrounding the nipple, helping to restore symmetry, and create a more balanced, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
With Enova Surgery, areola correction is a highly personalised procedure. Whether the goal is to reduce the size of a larger areola, correct uneven shape, or address puckering and scarring, our skilled surgical team will work with you to create a tailored plan that meets your needs and enhances your confidence.
Breast Implant Revision Surgery
Patients often consider revision surgery for a variety of reasons — whether they’re dissatisfied with the cosmetic outcome, have experienced physical changes over time, or are facing complications following previous breast augmentation. Common implant-related concerns such as capsular contracture, asymmetry, drooping, rippling, or palpable implants. In some cases, patients may wish to change the size of their implants, or correct problems related to implant rupture or rippling.
Implant removal may be performed alone or alongside other procedures, such as re-augmentation, fat transfer, or a breast uplift. Individuals may choose removal for personal reasons or due to issues like implant rupture or capsular contracture. Options following removal include reshaping with fat or natural tissue to maintain volume and contour. Other reasons for revisional implant surgery can be removal of the scar tissue/capsule around the implants (capsulectomy). When the capsule tightens—called capsular contracture—it can distort breast shape or cause discomfort. Capsulectomy improves breast appearance and relieves symptoms, restoring both aesthetics and comfort.
Revision surgery can be more complex than primary breast procedures due to existing scar tissue, changes in breast anatomy, and the need for precise adjustments. That’s why Enova Surgery takes a highly personalised, expert-led approach. Our team has extensive experience in breast revision and is skilled in creating harmonious, natural-looking results—even in the most challenging cases.

Our Process
FIRST CONSULTATION
Once booked in to your initial consultation with Enova Surgery, we will take time to get to know you and understand your goals. We will discuss your medical history and any previous breast history. This is the ideal time to ask questions and discuss expectations for your procedure.
EXAMINATION AND ASSESSMENT
We will perform a full examination of your chest and perform measurements (if needed), all with a clinic chaperone. We will discuss surgical options with you and ensure that there is plenty of time for your questions.
SECOND CONSULTATION
At Enova Surgery, we believe it is best practice to offer a second consultation before you undergo any surgery with us. This will give you the time to ensure that you are making the right decision for yourself. We will always give you a “cooling-off period” of at least 14 days before undergoing any surgery.
SURGERY
On the day of your procedure, our priority is your safety and comfort. We will discuss your procedure again to confirm you have understood everything. We will perform surgical marking and take clinical photographs for your records. If you are having a general anaesthetic, you will also meet the Consultant Anaesthetist who will explain everything you need to know about your anaesthetic with you.
AFTER SURGERY
Excellent aftercare is the cornerstone of your recovery, and is as important as the procedure itself. You will attend follow-up appointments to check your progress, change your dressings and to remove any sutures if needed. You will receive guidance on how to contact us if you have any questions or concerns during your recovery.
